Now unlike recent years Zhu Zhu Pets are very cheap or at least the recommended retail price is low, in fact the majority are under ten dollars. However there is already a shortage of Zhu Zhu Pets in the main retail stores and we are not even finished with Halloween yet. If reports from the 2 biggest retailers in the US are anything to go by there will be a lot of children disappointed this year when they find no Zhu Zhu Pets under their tree.

Walmart and Toysrus have already released statements indicating they may only be receiving one more shipment from the manufacturers before Christmas and the majority of those are already earmarked for people who have preordered.
The manufacturers of the Zhu Zhu Pets have also said they will not be increasing output so parents could face a very tough time trying to find these cuddly clever toys. So where can you go to find these in demand Christmas gifts?
The best place is most likely going to be ebay with clever marketers have bought up large amounts of the toys to sell for a profit. You will find them already selling for twenty bucks or more but this is a small price to pay to see the joy on your childs face come Christmas day. It is also worth bearing in mind that the prices are only going to get higher and higher.
